Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "lvbet" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://lvbet.cc, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the lvbet website, mobile interface, and any related software or services provided by lvbet.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lvbet Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the lvbet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's lvbet Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the lvbet Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by lvbet before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by lvbet.

By accessing the lvbet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the lvbet Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

lvbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the lvbet Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. lvbet enforces this requirement rigorously.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold an Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of lvbet.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by lvbet or by any relevant gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the lvbet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. lvbet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. lvbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify lvbet immediately at support@lvbet.cc. lvbet may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Do not access your lvbet Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

All financial transactions on the lvbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lvbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one business day to be reflected in your Account balance. lvbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process. lvbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: Typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.

lvbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected. In such cases, lvbet may request additional documentation and may report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

lvbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus terms that apply to all lvbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. lvbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• lvbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

All bets placed on the lvbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General betting rules that apply across all lvbet products:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the lvbet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• lvbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of lvbet shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may be changed at any time.
• lvbet reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to additional rules specific to live betting markets.

For sports betting specifically, lvbet covers Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other major sporting events. Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lvbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud lvbet or other Players, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Prohibited Software: Using bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms to guarantee profit, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the lvbet Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Abuse of Staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward lvbet customer support staff or other Players.

All content on the lvbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of lvbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the lvbet Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from lvbet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of lvbet's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

lvbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the lvbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lvbet collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond lvbet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

lvbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lvbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harm associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from lvbet customer support.
